Maisons des Jeunes Talents is a charity registered as being of public benefit under the law of 1901.
Launched in 2010, this equal opportunities programme builds awareness and readiness amongst high school students seeking admission to the preparatory classes for France’s elite ‘grandes écoles’ universities.
In order to remove the financial challenges faced by pupils from less-advantaged backgrounds, the charity also offers free housing, ‘les Maisons’, and individualised support to students receiving financial support who are admitted to preparatory classes in Paris.
Thanks to the support of the LBP AM Group Foundation and the loyalty of its other partners, Maisons des Jeunes Talents is now focusing its efforts on raising awareness of the possibilities offered by preparatory classes throughout France.
“We are convinced that every young person must have the opportunity to express themselves to the maximum of their abilities. Socio-geographic inequalities should not be allowed to hold back these brilliant and determined students. We must do everything we can to allow them to do everything they can to make a success of these two years of preparatory classes.”
